RETURNS
Accio Homes Ltd operates a 28 day return policy.
To request a full or partial refund, you must inform us in writing within 14 days of receipt of your order. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of their return, pending a quality inspection.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with the correct Accio Homes packaging.
Unless damaged, products purchased on our online shop must be returned at the customer's own expense.
